- TST SDec 23, 20235.0I've been going to this P.O at least two times a week. For years. Not only are many of these reviews inaccurate, they're incredibly mean. I always found the people that work there really pleasant and efficient-even when the line is out the door. Having been a fly on the wall listening to a number of really irritating customers, you might want to ask yourself what kind of customer service YOU would provide should you be in their shoes. You want great service? Be nice.

The post master makes up her own rules, had several interactions with them about things that make your head spin. They either have never read postal regulations, or don't care. Certainly customer service is not a priority.

I bet somebody stole it but I will find out. Calling doesn't help either I called twice today and the lady who answered Peggy or whatever her name is was no help at all. I'll stick to old saybrook.
