  Horrible experience all around. I've expecting my package, a book, since February 2nd. Apparently the delivery drivers made several attempts to deliver the package but couldn't. Which is weird because I was home on the days they said they attempted to deliver and didn't see any FedEx drivers, nor any note to indicate that they were here at all. I also received packages from other carriers around then as well with no issues. I checked on the status of my package on February 9, and they said they'd try to deliver is again. Fast forward to today February 15, I checked again and it said the same thing. I called customer service, and employee picked up, when I asked for help to track my package, she pretended she couldn't here me and then hung up. I called again and another employee picked up. This one told me it was being sent back to the sender. There was no notes, no alert, notice or anything. Bunch of unprofessionals.

  On 1/20/26 we had a package delivered at my residence. While leaving I heard the fed ex van reving its engine which sounded abnormal. When I looked out side I observed the fed ex van in my grass. The tires from the fed ex van began to kick up snow, grass, and dirt. Instead of calling for a tow truck the driver proceeded to push the vehicle to its limits destroying my yard. The driver did not get out to explain but took off with out notification. The driver left these tire marks with about 1 ft deep trenches. Mind you if you look at the pictures there is a paved, plowed, accessible turnaround area the driver failed to utilize. I have already got a couple quotes from landscapers that indicated the damage would cost me around 500 to 1000 dollars to fix. It should also be noted that I threw down Kentucky blue grass grass seed in the fall of 2025 further exacerbating the issue. Customers service hotline has been extremely difficult. It is difficult to get a hold of an actual person and when you do get someone they have a very heavy accent and it is difficult to understand. While a claim has been successfully placed I have not received a call from anyone regarding this egregious damage. I currently am waiting for their response. I am hoping that by posting this I can get a response while also warning other homeowners to watch out for their property when these vans show up.

  $120.00 for a 1 pound, small box, 2 day shipping is a little high, just my thought.
