Not enough staff, one window open, zero pep in their step - seems to be either intentional or out of giving up. If you decide to come, prepare to age there.

Easy in and out service for submitting passport documentation. Victoria provided great customer service and made our visit seamless.

BAD! Experience ever , made my appointment online , and they call me in my work hour , to go early because the person in charge of pasport it’s not going to be there at the time that i made my appointment (2:15pm). Arrived at 11:38am , They said it’s not going to be longer than 15 minutes . When i arrived at the post office right away and made a line just one person in front of me , they take all my paperwork , and then wait ….. i can’t do the money order at the time because they need to take more people from the line ! Because only one person in front taking costumers , like she can do my money order at the time but they just let me wait more time , bad costumer service , telling me the passport service it’s no priority for the post office store , (like really) they need to tell me that . And then wait more time until she take more costumbres from the line , and do my picture . If the person made everything with good attitud it’s fine with me , (and understand) but the way that she talks very rude and worst costumer service! She take like 5 -7 costumers from the line and then call me again to check my paperwork without doing the money order ; she told me to take the picture and wait MORE time until she still taking more costumers from the line , to call me again and finnally do the money order. Leaving now 12:30pm

Saw all the bad reviews but since it's close decided to try it. Wanted the cheapest way of returning my package so I was looking at the monitor--impatiently she asked regular or first class... said regular and got charged first class. (dark skin, glasses, older grey dreadlock woman) Don't want to argue about it, just want to be listened to. The one on Washington St will at least listen. Taking my heavier package there instead.
