Unfortunately, the Stamford location misplaced my order entirely. When I reached back out to Norwalk, the manager Christina was incredibly apologetic, professional, and genuinely turned my whole experience around. If it wasn’t for her initiative and outstanding customer service, I would not have returned. Christina is truly valued and greatly appreciated. She deserves recognition for going above and beyond.
