- TTTyAug 14, 20251.0Walked in towards the counter, the rep- Joe looked me dead in my face and offered someone (in self serve) who didn't even need help assistance. He then ignored me standing there for 3min. as he acknowledged other ppl. I had to ask if there was someone else there to assist me since it was clear he did not want to. His service was extremely poor and disrespectful- The other customer looked at me as she too noticed. NO the other customers he quickly and happily assisted were not of my skin tone. At the very least every single location I have been to up and down the east coast will acknowledge you. This individual should be working in the back if he does not treat all customers with the same respect.. or not there at all
