He then ignored me standing there for 3min. as he acknowledged other ppl. I had to ask if there was someone else there to assist me since it was clear he did not want to. His service was extremely poor and disrespectful- The other customer looked at me as she too noticed. NO the other customers he quickly and happily assisted were not of my skin tone. At the very least every single location I have been to up and down the east coast will acknowledge you. This individual should be working in the back if he does not treat all customers with the same respect.. or not there at all

The price quote he gave was $100 for Laminated or $80 for Unlaminated. I chose Unlaminated. I went to pick the items up and my bill was doubled because the worker neglected to state verbally or in writing that his quote was per copy, instead of my written request for a price for the entire job. There were two of us who listened to his price quote and he never mentioned that it was per piece. I was obligated to walk away empty handed rather than feel that I was being mislead. What a waste of time.
