Package was shipped, when it arrived in Dubai customs, the declared value was still the same. After troubleshooting trying to get it out of Dubai customs for over a month. They then hit me with a storage fee. Trying to file a claim is also a joke - the tracking number was updated to another number i wasn't even notified about. So I lost about $500 of merchandise, a very good customer & all I get is sorry for the mistake, and now im being ghosted asking how to file a claim. Not cool, not professional. Lost all my trust in DHL. Will never ship again with them.

Not only did they damage the artwork in shipment they overcharged me the duty costs by 300%. I spent months emailing and calling them to try to resolve the issue. They put you through automation HELL, ignored my emails, and ultimately told me the "issue was closed". I lost thousands of dollars. The only recourse is litigation.
