The North Stonington post office is absolutely awful. I have lived at my address for almost 3 years and they have delivered my packages to the wrong address several times worth lots of money. I can't afford a post office box or I would all I have to say is it infuriates me when packages are not delivered to the right place and don't get taken care of afterwards. Lots and lots of money I have lost

The hours of this location are ridiculous. Being closed from 1230-2 pm. closed an entire business day once it’s all added up throughout the week.

I'm used to DMVs being insufferable. The staff here simply does not give a damn. The mail carriers deliver the wrong mail, and have pre-written notes saying "unable to deliver package" so they can just drop that off instead of your package. Two separate situations where I was behind the mail truck, while others were still at home. They dropped the card off in the mailbox and didn't even try to deliver my packages. Upon coming in to complain they assured me my package would arrive before the days end, and of course it didn't.
