There was no call, no attempt to ask for directions, and no genuine delivery attempt—yet the package was marked as undeliverable. Afterward, I went to the FedEx office in North Haven in person. I was told that my package status would be updated on my phone and that I would receive clear communication. That never happened. When we later called customer service for clarification, the representative informed us that it would take 24 hours to get the item and casually added that it was “not a priority item.” That response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Customers should not be treated as if their deliveries don’t matter—especially when the delay was caused by FedEx’s failure to attempt proper delivery in the first place. This location clearly lacks accountability, communication, and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend relying on FedEx North Haven if you need timely or reliable delivery.
