  0 stars, IKEA pickup. Followed instructions and then rang doorbell. At least at IKEA they help you load it, here they give you the boxes off the loading dock!

  I had a delivery scheduled for Monday February 23 that RXO had to reschedule due to weather conditions - completely understandable. I have called several times, sent an email (that was not responded to), and used their chat agent to try to reschedule, all with no success in getting a new date. I kept getting told that they are checking with the warehouse. After 3 days of attempting to schedule with RXO I called Peloton to see if they could help out, but they only connected me to RXO which finally informed me they have no available dates for February or March, and can’t see anything beyond that. I’m left with no clarity on when my Peloton will be delivered and expected to just wait until someone gives me a date. I was also told there is no option for me to pick up the bike from the warehouse which is within 20 miles of my home. This is completely unacceptable service.

  Bad service! I wait my order all the day and they cancel when they want! I don’t understand this service. Now I have to wait another week to have my order, I wanna cry 😒

  This is not a reliable delivery service. We ordered a Peloton and are now stuck between Peloton and RXO for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Neither take responsibility. Avoid both.

  Edit 2: After back and forth with both RXO and Peloton, the equipment was finally delivered today. The lack of clarity and communication in why it was not delivered at the originally scheduled date was not a good experience. I highly recommend that RXO work on their customer service communications program. That said, once it arrived, delivery and assembly went well. Edit1: Package never arrived. I called today, and was told they can not even reschedule for 24-48 hours. So I have no idea when it will arrive. I chatted with Peloton and they were were even less helpful, saying that inventories were low and they were waiting for distribution from the port…. What?!? It was supposed to be on a truck last night. This is bananas. Orig: Ok.., I pre-organized a delivery time for my order over about 2 weeks ago. I received 4 or 5 calls, emails and texts yesterday from this company, RXO, telling me my order was going to be delivered today between 4 and 7 pm, and I confirmed. Then received a number of emails from RXO and from Peloton, confirming my delivery window… so I made sure to forego all plans to be here at that time. Now they are telling me it will be here between 9:45 and 10:30 tonight, at which point they will need to bring it into the house, and assemble the entire piece of equipment. A delivery time for a large piece of fitness equipment that requires assembly that late at night is unacceptable. It still did not arrive and I have not received a call to reschedule. I have no idea when I am going to receive my equipment. Peloton needs to find another delivery service, as this one is the worst of any I have dealt with. Maybe the mistake was purchasing from Peloton in the first place.
