  After reading these negative comments about RXO, I was understandably a little apprehensive to have them deliver my curio cabinet today. At around 9:30 this morning, I received a call from the RXO driver saying they were 20 minutes away from my home. True to their word, they arrived as scheduled. Three young men quickly sprang into action and soon enough they brought my heavy curio inside and placed where my husband and I wanted it to go. They then carefully stripped away all the packaging to be promptly thrown into their truck. They inspected my curio for any shipping damage. The three young men were professional, worked expediently and were very kind. And I told them so. I gave them each a bottle of water and my husband gave them a tip.They found our townhome easily enough as other delivery’s from different vendors often had trouble. These young men worked great as a team. My husband and I loved the service we received from RXO. I had called RXO first thing in the morning around 8:30. A young lady immediately answered verifying the time of arrival without hesitation. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful experience with RXO. Thank you to those three young men…I didn’t get their names. They made my day!

  Delivery guys dropped my new fridge on its side and damaged it. Took it back saying they would bring a replacement but instead I was issued a refund and since the fridge was part of a bundle deal I have to pay an extra thousand dollars to get a new one on its own or I can return the rest of my bundled appliances for a thousand dollar restocking fee. Beware of this shady company.

  Worst customer service , also They made appointment 3 times in 3 weeks . Every time they explain that truck has been broke down . On the and of the day when you can’t call any company cause everybody are close . Never left review , that’s my first time . Can’t understand simple job , and they can’t manage simple task . Customers service hung up on me 5 times . Saying they’d don’t care it’s not there company . We will call you sometimes next week Lmfo And I can’t pick up my package from them cause they have policy . Lmfo Worst delivery company

  There is a man by the name of Tom who answers the phone when you call. Whoever told this low life he should be in customer service must have been playing a sick joke. I had the displeasure of speaking with Tom when I called to complain about the horrible and rude delivery service I experienced this morning. Tom was just as horrible and rude and it was clear he did not care to hear another complaint as I see that there are many. How this company is still in business is beyond me and how this man Tom hasn’t been fired goes to show the low standards XPO has for their employees.
