Edit1: Package never arrived. I called today, and was told they can not even reschedule for 24-48 hours. So I have no idea when it will arrive. I chatted with Peloton and they were were even less helpful, saying that inventories were low and they were waiting for distribution from the port…. What?!? It was supposed to be on a truck last night. This is bananas.
Orig: Ok.., I pre-organized a delivery time for my order over about 2 weeks ago. I received 4 or 5 calls, emails and texts yesterday from this company, RXO, telling me my order was going to be delivered today between 4 and 7 pm, and I confirmed. Then received a number of emails from RXO and from Peloton, confirming my delivery window… so I made sure to forego all plans to be here at that time. Now they are telling me it will be here between 9:45 and 10:30 tonight, at which point they will need to bring it into the house, and assemble the entire piece of equipment. A delivery time for a large piece of fitness equipment that requires assembly that late at night is unacceptable. It still did not arrive and I have not received a call to reschedule. I have no idea when I am going to receive my equipment. Peloton needs to find another delivery service, as this one is the worst of any I have dealt with. Maybe the mistake was purchasing from Peloton in the first place.

UPDATE: Although I initially ran into some hiccups around my delivery, Joana from RXO took care of the issue super quickly, was incredibly friendly and a great help. The delivery team did a great job - they came right on time, were super professional, clean and got everything set up quickly. A huge thanks to Joana, and the delivery team (lead by Rich) and RXO.

After reading these negative comments about RXO, I was understandably a little apprehensive to have them deliver my curio cabinet today. At around 9:30 this morning, I received a call from the RXO driver saying they were 20 minutes away from my home. True to their word, they arrived as scheduled. Three young men quickly sprang into action and soon enough they brought my heavy curio inside and placed where my husband and I wanted it to go. They then carefully stripped away all the packaging to be promptly thrown into their truck. They inspected my curio for any shipping damage. The three young men were professional, worked expediently and were very kind. And I told them so. I gave them each a bottle of water and my husband gave them a tip.They found our townhome easily enough as other delivery’s from different vendors often had trouble. These young men worked great as a team. My husband and I loved the service we received from RXO. I had called RXO first thing in the morning around 8:30. A young lady immediately answered verifying the time of arrival without hesitation. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful experience with RXO. Thank you to those three young men…I didn’t get their names. They made my day!

So awful. They couldn’t deliver my furniture because their truck broke. All I got was a text saying they attempted delivery 30 mins before my delivery window and would try again with no explanation. I had to call them and was assured they would deliver the next day and that someone would call me. No call. I called the next day, they said the furniture wasn’t back at the facility yet and someone would call me. No call. I called again the day after that and was told I couldn’t get my delivery until 5 days from then. I said that’s not acceptable and the people who didn’t get their deliveries when they were scheduled should take priority. They assured me someone would call to figure it out. No call. This company is the absolute worst, and they outsource their customer service overseas, so no one ever knows what’s going on. Horrible place. Amazon should be ashamed for using them.
