  This was an extremely frustrating experience. The FedEx driver never made any real effort to locate my apartment. There was no call, no attempt to ask for directions, and no genuine delivery attempt—yet the package was marked as undeliverable. Afterward, I went to the FedEx office in North Haven in person. I was told that my package status would be updated on my phone and that I would receive clear communication. That never happened. When we later called customer service for clarification, the representative informed us that it would take 24 hours to get the item and casually added that it was “not a priority item.” That response was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Customers should not be treated as if their deliveries don’t matter—especially when the delay was caused by FedEx’s failure to attempt proper delivery in the first place. This location clearly lacks accountability, communication, and basic customer service. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend relying on FedEx North Haven if you need timely or reliable delivery.

  I had an excellent experience at the FedEx location in North Haven thanks to Valerie. I was unfamiliar with how to ship my package, and she truly went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. Valerie is extremely friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding and made the entire experience great. For all your packaging and shipping needs, stop by the North Haven location on Washington Avenue—you’ll be in great hands!

  I have had only fantastic experiences at this location that goes for all associates.But in particular, valerie, who goes out of her way to make sure that you are comfortable in everything you are doing and sees you through it very patiently.Thank you so much for all your great service

  Dropping off a package and was checking out the drop off center when the clerk yells out that THAT is where we're supposed to drop off, no Hello or nothing then rudely says "That's what it's there for." Why do you have to say it like that like I cant read. My first time coming in too. Person with glasses and buzzed head.
