Why do you have to say it like that like I cant read. My first time coming in too. Person with glasses and buzzed head.
- MSMegan SmithAug 13, 20251.0I get that you don’t make money off of returns but some customer satisfaction, other than screaming “hello“ with zero eye contact when the customer walks in the door and then shuttling them over to a self service kiosk so that they can do their own work is really very poor customer service. One woman had a question on how to use the kiosk and she treated her like she was a village idiot. This is not going to be something that comes natural for folks who did not grow up with technology. They may have questions and it is part of your job to support them through the return process.It makes me not want to return here when I may actually use them for something that they could make some good money off of me for. I have been here multiple times in the woman with the bald head is incredibly rude to everyone who walks in the door. Moreover, given her supervisory capacity, I have seen her being incredibly condescending and rude to her own employees, which should not be tolerated.
