- JDJacklyn DELLACAMERANov 22, 20251.0Change of staff and carriers since June . Since June my cards sent to relatives in CT have never arrived . Another card sent to Florida never arrived . Never had an issue for 20 yrs until this year . Extremely disappointing . If it was 1 card I would not bring this to the attention but now there is a pattern with in a 6 month frame . I don’t want to have to spend more $ put a card in a fedx or ups box in order to know and track it . Very disappointed in our local postal service .

- CSC SOct 6, 20202.0I highly recommend going down the hill to Branford instead for a better/faster in-person experience. This location needs more staff but I'm not sure they will get any in the near future. When we had issues over a year ago with outgoing letters being left under new mail, RTS envelopes not being taken and packages left in the rain the lead guy (at the time) here really did not care at all. Branford is always fast and friendly and worth going a little out of the way for.
