This company needs to shut itself down and re-evaluate their definition of service.
My flooring company contracts through them for delivery, for lack of better options. I received a phone call in the middle of a work day ‘Yeah, I’m here with your delivery’. I never scheduled a time or a day with them. They were suppose to call me to do that and never did.
I said I would be there in under 30 mins and rushed out of work to get there in 20 mins. He was already gone. I called back and he said he had moved onto the next delivery which was close and would be there in 30 mins. I waited 40. Callled back and now it was pushed even later. As I never scheduled the delivery in the first place and it was a very inconvenient day (people still work from work places…), I asked for their dispatch number to call them and reschedule. The driver then turned into a mute and refused to answer any of my questions after I told him point blank I was not waiting for him. So, I left and they had to bring back my delivery to the store.
I was on the phone on hold for an hour to find out because they ‘brought it back to the store’, I was not able to reschedule myself, the store had to do it. The store was on the phone on hold for an hour to be given a number for me to call to schedule the delivery. I’m not on hold for another hour waiting.
This company is seriously the worst I’ve dealt with in my life. The owners should be disgusted with themselves.
I plant to find out if any other local businesses use them for delivery and refuse my business if they do.

If I could do a zero stars review, I would totally do it. Our furniture delivery from Ikea is being delayed by another week due to some “mechanical” problem that nobody from Ikea or this company can explain. My wife is being disconnected and placed back in a queue, each time she tries to call them and explain the situation. Customer service at its “best”. I don’t know why Ikea deals with them, must be because they’re cheaper. Avoid at all costs!
