I received a delivery notice for a package I’d been really excited about, only to learn it was accidentally delivered to the wrong house. I submitted a request online and was told it could take 1–5 business days to investigate, but after a quick Google search I decided to call the local office to see if they could help sooner. Within two or three minutes of submitting the request, Hector already knew exactly what I was calling about and told me they had already started searching. Even better—they found my package and delivered it to me in less than an hour after my request was submitted!!! This kind of care and responsiveness is exactly why I love living in Newtown. Huge thanks to Hector and the entire postal team for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience! 💌📦
