- JCJanet Catucci1 day ago1.0USPS is useless. They do nothing.Not the fault of the employees, they are always polite. The rules suck. Can't even print a label. We need to have a private company run it. I went to Fed Ex. They took care of everything.

I have even had them call me concerning a package there was an issue with and when it arrived Michael called me. Complaining about the customer service and the delivery service is 2 different things. Some people just want to complain about something.
- KLKen LevinOct 21, 20251.0I will NEVER use the Newington USPS to deliver mail. I cant tell you how many time I get "Delivery attempted but front door or driveway was not accessible". Looking back through my cameras I can see there was no traffic. I live on a main street with the driveway easily accessible. It is obvious the driver simply didnt want to deliver. Do not use USPS if you dont have to.
