    I’ve had great service here from multiple people. I have even had them call me concerning a package there was an issue with and when it arrived Michael called me. Complaining about the customer service and the delivery service is 2 different things. Some people just want to complain about something.

    I will NEVER use the Newington USPS to deliver mail. I cant tell you how many time I get "Delivery attempted but front door or driveway was not accessible". Looking back through my cameras I can see there was no traffic. I live on a main street with the driveway easily accessible. It is obvious the driver simply didnt want to deliver. Do not use USPS if you dont have to.

    I went into your post office around 2:30 today. The guy that was working was very rude!!!! I had a tracking number for my package. I asked him if I could get my package. I said it is here, can I please pick it up. I am out of town tomorrow and it’s an expensive item I don’t want left outside. He said well it says it is expected to deliver today by nine. I said but it doesn’t say it is out for delivery, it says it’s here. He argued me and said no and offered no assistance in this matter. He also said well I can’t just go look. Then said next to help the next customer. I’m appauld by the awful service I received at ur location from this man. He was unwilling to help and didn’t obviously listen to a word I said. I’ve never gone to a post office and had that kind of service when picking up a package that is there. I really hope something is done to correct this employee. I have never ever received such unhelpful, awful, service at a post office.

    Postmaster rude and very unhelpful . He should be in a different role,a role that DOES NOT talk to the customers. What a horrible person
