Complaining about the customer service and the delivery service is 2 different things. Some people just want to complain about something.
- KLKen LevinOct 21, 20251.0I will NEVER use the Newington USPS to deliver mail. I cant tell you how many time I get "Delivery attempted but front door or driveway was not accessible". Looking back through my cameras I can see there was no traffic. I live on a main street with the driveway easily accessible. It is obvious the driver simply didnt want to deliver. Do not use USPS if you dont have to.

I came in earlier to ship a simple package and Michael was one of the rudest people I’ve encountered in recent memory. Everyone here acts like they’re being inconvenienced by customers. I understand that this job is probably not the easiest given the amount of people and asinine questions that they’re asked, but if you’re that miserable, there are plenty of other (non customer facing) jobs. No need to act like it’s the end of the world to rise to the occasion at work. Update: Ricardo is so kind, he’s always pleasant to work with. Maybe his positive energy will spread to the rest of the team.
