( Because my front porch doesnt look anything like his picture provided. I tried to contact fed ex to file a complaint and all I got was automated bs and non english speaking customer service people who are not in Connecticut so could not help at all with any further procedures. I will never ever use fed ex again

I want to drop off a package with the lithium battery and they gave me an address which is one hour away to drop it off. When I went there, they said these packages cannot be dropped. It needs to be scheduled pick up so they did not take it. I usually don’t write reviews. I’m writing this review so that at least other peoples will know if they have any package with a big lithium battery, it cannot be dropped off at FedEx and it needs a different label not regular written label and it has to be scheduled for pick up because it is hazardous. Thank you. I hope this will help other people.
- SSSteven StruthersFeb 22, 20191.0Very disappointed. The clerk was telling the gentleman before me he could not help him locate his lost package and for him to put in a claim with FEDEX. Totally got the feeling it was closing time when I walked in even though it was 7pm and the store closes at 9:00. Rude and unhelpful clerk. Offered no explanations as to pricing. Needed a small box mailed 2day and was quoted over a hundred dollars. Mailed this morning US postal service priory mail and cost 10 bucks. My issue is with the clerks lack of customer service more than the over priced shipping quotes. As I walked out I was looking around for a hidden camera as it did not even seem like a real experience.
