I understand if you think my question is stupid, but clearly I was confused. You don't have to be rude. Absolutely appalled.

I love the accessibility, given this office is right in the town square. They have ample parking and the hours easily accommodate my work schedule. Both of the workers I encountered were jovial and helpful. There was no wait when I went in and I was easily on my way. No business is perfect, but no complaints on my end.

And the rudest people at the counter who don't want to help you. Was told she couldn't print a label because they fall off. 12/19/25 8:45 the lady needs to be fired.
