But when it comes to face-to-face interactions, absolutely no idea how to speak to someone. When you walk into the copy center and you stand in line, and you're the only one there. And a young person is working behind the counter, instead of acknowledging your presence and saying I'll be with you in a moment, you know like people have done for 100 years, they just ignore you. Causing you to wonder, do you see me, do you work here, do you know where you are right now? It baffles me how anyone under 30 can work a retail job.
