    Staples has a ton of office supply options and they offer printing services- my business cards came out perfectly! If you need to return amazon orders, they do that too! Great store w/lots of “perks”

    The customer service at this Staples, especially in the printing center has went way down. I called Staples today to see if they would be able to print out a shipping label for usps package. I was emailing them. The customer service representative Kyn told me that I would need to place an order with the printing department in order for them to print a label that would take 20 seconds. I have been in Staples multiple times before they actually made a turnover of their employees and had employees that was very, very helpful with helping me with my printing needs Currently now they have very rude associates Asking for help or assistance for them to do their job you receive an attitude now I would not suggest going to the Staples at all.

    I was treated very rudely by an employee at the New London Staples. This location does not appear to be operated in an efficient manner. I had an extremely unpleasant experience overall.
