    The only reason I would ever go to this location is because Amazon now requires you to return items here. The parking lot was crazy, then when I went in the employee were extremely rude. There was a very long line for Amazon returns. However the line did move fairly quickly. I just don’t feel like the store was overall great, it has a very sketchy vibe and the employees were not great. Staples has been going downhill for quite some time.

    Went in today and had a small issue with an online order. Tim immediately gave me the assistance I needed to help resolve it. In the meantime Jonathan located my order and made sure it was the correct item. Thanks to these two employees I walked away happy. They went out of their way to make sure I got my order right.

    Staples is my go to store for all tech, planners, writing materials and even cleaning supplies. Bought multiple big items such as desks & chairs. We are fortunate to have this retail store available to us.

    Needlessly long lines at every counter even though there seemed to be plenty of staff. Copy machines were malfunctioning, rebooting multiple times in the middle of a job. When I asked a staff member if they could simply print a few things for me on the big machines they have behind the counter, I was told I'd have to come back another day. No apologies for the faulty machines, service terrible. I rarely write bad reviews but this was an appalling experience.
