The only star is for the location. Experience is bad. Very unfriendly staff. Should have walked further for a better service.

Incredibly frustrating experience. I had to come back three days in a row just to send Certified Mail. At 5:30 PM sharp, they shut down and tell everyone in line, with zero warning, to use self-service or leave. If there is a line out the door, the staff should at least communicate who they can actually get through so people don’t waste their time standing there.
To top it off, the clerk was standoffish and essentially double-charged me. I had already applied a Forever Stamp for postage, but she just stuck a printed label directly over my stamp and charged me full price for postage again without explanation.
If you have to use this location, come early in the day and be prepared to advocate for yourself or ask for transparency, because you won't get it from the staff.

Waited 20 minutes for them to fix the printer only to find out that the scale is broken

I think their services have improved a lot. The staff used to be extremely rude but I had much better experience recently.
