I had to send notarized legal documents via certified mail THREE TIMES because they were A) 1st time: not delivered on the date that I paid for (1 week later completely screwed me over) B) 2nd time: 1 documents was LOST IN THE MAIL to float around in lost-mail -purgatory never to be delivered and the 2nd documents was never scanned in/delivered and I had to spend 3 days contacting people to get confirmation of delivery, which was what I needed to submit to the courts C) 3rd time: not delivered within a week of the delivery date and am currently on the phone AGAIN with another post office in Shelton trying to find out where the documents are and why they weren't delivered when I sent them AND why there has been no activity in the tracking day for the past 3 days. Each of the 3 times they have been sent out as priority mail-1 day delivery and they were not sent property. Resultantly, I had to continue paying for the shipments and notarizations. On 2 other occasions, I have had packages delivered from them either damaged (box tore open) or never at all because they've lost it. Staff is rude and short-tempered. NEVER GO HERE AND GO TO FED X/UPS!!!!!!
