I thought the reviews were exaggerating, but the staff here are the most rude people I’ve ever met. Word for word told me I would be responsible if a plane burned and crashed…

the only nice employee there is frankie ☹️, a simple misunderstanding and i got totally humiliated and demeaned…
someone tried to send me a package and had forgotten to put my name on it. and when i tried to explain multiple times, one of the employees assumed that i was sharing WHEN I WASNT but she refused to hear me out the multiple times i came back to explain.
my mom had to submit a while customer affairs complain on for people to even HEAR me when i spoke. and when i tried to come back with proof of everything, the same lady who assumed came out from behind the desk just to scream at me about how i was a liar and that all of this was my fault for not telling the truth.
literally worst experience ever im NEVER getting a p.o. box again 💔.

Just go anywhere else.
Mariska is the only helpful and intelligent employee at this location. Service is quite awful with majority of the staff hiding in the back instead of working.
