- LAliz AndinoNov 13, 20251.0So tell me why I got bamboozled into making an appointment for a passport and when I get there for the appointment they gon tell me that they are not doing passport applications because the agent resigned….. like what does that even have to do with me?!?!? Maybe put up a sign or let people know on the website that this location isn’t taking applications!!!! That way you don’t waste my time and money smh!

I was not met with the customer service I'm used to. The attendant seems very annoyed that I didn't need him to search for the location as I had already spoke with someone previously who had done so. He was very short and just seemed to be in a hurry to get me off the phone. He seemed annoyed by my upset over a package that I paid for which has now been MIA for almost a month despite my best efforts to have it redelivered to the correct address.
- MMMedicinalgardensApr 11, 20161.0Hello; I've had a problem lately, in that mail is left outside of mailbox on the floor or put in any of the mailboxes (5). ex: apt 1 mail in apt 2, 3, 4 or 5. etc... I've requested multiple times that the outside door (used for services of delivery (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) is to be closed behind person delivering and I find it barely closed. The last complaint is the most important, mailbox is open (i mean the house mailbox, only available to mail person). I have tried calling in & either mailbox full or a message of cell # doesn't have mailbox & is not available. Sincerely, Carmen Valdez
