- MBMike BurnsAug 3, 20215.0I was at the Post Office in Woodbridge on July 30. Clerk 20 was on duty. An older women, I would offer a layperson's diagnosis of MS, was at the clerk's station. The Clerk went out of her way to be responsive and kind addressing her customer's needs. At the same time, the Clerk also reached over into the station next to her and serviced each of the 3 waiting customers while remaining attentive to the customer at her station. Kudos to Clerk 20!
