  If you absolutely have to visit this location, be prepared. Visiting this location might ruin your day. I've visited this location more than four times, and every single time, I was served by the same person (a guy with a light beard and glasses as mentioned in other reviews as well). At first, I tried to be understanding, thinking he might just be having a bad day or dealing with stress. We all have those days, right? But now I realize it's not just a one-time thing. HE IS CONSISTENTLY RUDE. Asking him to do his basic job, like printing out a receipt, is treated as some massive labor. One day, I had a return that required him to verify a few items inside. As soon as he realized he actually had to check them, he muttered "Jesus Christ" in total frustration. It could be tedious. I get it. But does that justify being openly hostile to a customer? It goes beyond just not being friendly. He is outright unprofessional and aggressive. He has a way of twisting everything to make it seem like the customer's fault and treats customers as if they are nothing but a nuisance. Someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service.

  Very disappointed ordered a new $1,000 iPhone checked the tracking and saw they were delivering it to the wrong address tried to correct the problem they said they wouldn’t They had to finish delivering it to the wrong address so now it’s lost and it’s my problem. I lost $1000.

  On multiple occasions, we’ve experienced poor service. We’ve asked agents to allow us to photograph our packages on the scale so we can share the images with our clients for peace of mind. We were told this is against “policy,” which frankly feels bogus — especially when it’s our own package. Today’s interaction was particularly frustrating: when we raised the concern, the agent’s response was simply, “I don’t care.” On top of that, several agents have been consistently rude. The one exception is Chris, an agent who genuinely welcomes customers and goes out of his way to be helpful and accommodating. FedEx needs to take a closer look at this, this is a pay service.
