- MRMelissa RoyApr 4, 20265.0My favorite and preferred post office to use. All three workers there are nice and funny. They greet me by name and ask how everything is going- every time. Sometimes it gets hectic but they handle it with ease. I oftentimes arrive with several large bags of packages that need to be scanned in and they take the time to do each one. Never had any issues or complaints. Will return always :)

The workers are beyond rude there. None of them should have jobs doing what they do. They are incompetent and could careless about the residents of new Hartford. It is a disgrace to new Hartford.
