I've never had such an unbelievable and unprofessional encounter. Do you realize Avi, that you're getting paid to work for the postal office and you actually have to assist customers? It must be really nice to get to do whatever you want with zero consequences. Such a nasty dismissive person. It's pretty pathetic that I have to ensure I speak to literally anyone else to get anything done. It's pretty bad when even other people complain about him specifically. Why he still has his job is beyond me. Thank you so much for sending it back and incorrectly marking the package so it had to be manually intercepted. I spent $50 to get that item with free shipping that was on sale for for half off and is no longer on sale and it's not available in stores so I need to pay for shipping or order $50 again. This place is the worst part of the town. Cannot stand either post office here. Thanks really appreciate your competence and hard work!

The staff person was very helpful in getting us the best rate, and let us use their packaging tape. Despite that there were a few people there, it was an efficient process.
