- KHKelly HMay 25, 20191.0My friend doesn’t get residential USPS delivery and since there is often no way to determine how an item is being shipped, New Hartford returns packages as undeliverable. Regardless of the fact he has had to go down there multiple times to stop the package from being returned, New Hartford knows his physical address and his post office box but refuses to call him or transfer it to his post office. Often he has been told they don’t have the package so he leaves his info and the tracking number. Then minutes later they preceded to return to seller. What is wrong with this branch? Winsted is always so nice about it and if he catches it before it goes to New Hartford, they always help. New Hartford just yells at him telling him he screwed up and then lies and sends the package back to seller.... I wonder if they are doing this on purpose?! Who does he have to report them to to solve this ridiculously constant issue?

The staff person was very helpful in getting us the best rate, and let us use their packaging tape. Despite that there were a few people there, it was an efficient process.

The workers are beyond rude there. None of them should have jobs doing what they do. They are incompetent and could careless about the residents of new Hartford. It is a disgrace to new Hartford.
