I told her it is not for a will. She got hostile and didn't want to help. She said rudely, "Go to a bank". Furthermore, one of my packages that I returned to Amazon was stolen by staff at this UPS store.

There were no lines and I was the only customer in the store for parts of our conversation. This is my first on google EVER but had to speak up.
