- JLJennifer LambDec 11, 20235.0I get my mail here since the truck doesnt come up my street and i have to use a po box instead. Everyone here has always been super kind and helpful to me. They have no problem getting packages in for me either as they dont fit in my po box, so its a convenient and safe spot for my orders to go until im able to pick them up. The only downside to this office, which isnt the staffs fault, are the hours of operation. I am only able to make it to the post office on mondays due to my work hours. They dont open until 12:30 and close by 4 or 4:30 so im almost always at work when they are open. But its a very small post office so i do understand why it is the way it is.

It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t received 2 packages of things we have ordered and only got mail in the box twice. Would like to know where the heck is our mail. Tried calling USPS number and no one knows where my mail is. Asked the lady at the counter in Montville and she has no clue!!! Would not recommend this post office should of went with Uncasville!
