- JLJennifer LambDec 11, 20235.0I get my mail here since the truck doesnt come up my street and i have to use a po box instead. Everyone here has always been super kind and helpful to me. They have no problem getting packages in for me either as they dont fit in my po box, so its a convenient and safe spot for my orders to go until im able to pick them up. The only downside to this office, which isnt the staffs fault, are the hours of operation. I am only able to make it to the post office on mondays due to my work hours. They dont open until 12:30 and close by 4 or 4:30 so im almost always at work when they are open. But its a very small post office so i do understand why it is the way it is.
- JEJason EvansNov 19, 20193.0They mark the mail delivered even when it is not delivered. The Oakdale office answered their phone and helped me but I cannot get ahold of this place at all by phone. My mail either gets delivered, or goes to the next street and I get their mail all the time too. Asking to just do it right or let someone else do it right. Have not received my package and cannot get ahold of them even though every "system" says its here. :/ UPDATE: After a few hours calling, I was able to get ahold of the office. The lady is very nice. She is supposed to contact the driver who is in the area still. HOpefully it works out well, I am only upping a star right now because it has been going on for years that my address has been confused because of Ln and Crcle. It is exhausting to track down when you are in the middle of working :( But again, the lady that works there is awesome. UPDATE2: I received a package, though it was not what I ordered soooooo, whole day excited for nothing and round-abouts with phone and online. Not happy but at least it was delivered, had to check myself was not notified because they had already marked it delivered before. Not going higher than 3 stars, sorry.

It’s been 2 weeks and haven’t received 2 packages of things we have ordered and only got mail in the box twice. Would like to know where the heck is our mail. Tried calling USPS number and no one knows where my mail is. Asked the lady at the counter in Montville and she has no clue!!! Would not recommend this post office should of went with Uncasville!
