- LGLarry GarySep 9, 20251.0Very Disappointing experience. This post office has employees who are very disrespectful to the customers that patronize the store. Clerks gave me such a big issue, so rude, so vile, over something I never had an issue for at any other post office. Had to get post master involved because I had fear the clerk would purposefully make sure the post wouldn’t get to the locations. It was a 2,000$ commercial order for things to be sent. JUST BE AWARE-AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN HELP IT Read all the other reviews. Thank god I don’t live in Monroe and never have to ever be in this god forsaken post office again

Had to call again later and was put on hold for an hour and hung up and never got back to me. I still have no clue where my package is. Where’s the accountability?
