Huge issues with change of address, mail forwarding, and mail hold. They somehow reversed my mail forward and were forwarding mail from my new address to old address. I've visited this branch THREE TIMES and every time a supervisor isn't available (either they're on their lunch break or dealing with mail carriers apparently). I've left two written notes and have been assured a supervisor would call me back but no one has called.

Absolutely horrendous customer service I’ve had to call about 40 times just to get somebody to answer about the fact that they delivered my package to the wrong door and they won’t do anything to fix it. This Is absolutely disgusting behavior and I shouldn’t be spoken to so rudely over a package YOU messed up on. I shouldn’t have to file a claim either because this was a custom-made package. Not only is it impossible to get in contact with them when you actually need to talk to somebody which is insane because that’s your job, I got screamed at on the phone and hung up on because I want to know where my package is. And then he got Super rude with me and told me to file a complaint then and I can’t do that until it’s 24 hours without package.
Edit: I apologize to the usps delivery driver as the package had fallen completely underneath the porch and under snow, it’s not their fault but I do not take what I said back about the person operating the phone, when I finally did get a hold of them, the man was so incredibly rude to me Cussing at me and telling me that he won’t let my roommate grab my package for me, Which jokes on you because she did grab it for me. And told me that I need to come pick up the package myself, even though it was not my mistake that was made. Rest assured that I will definitely be contacting the commissioner about this person, and likely filing a complaint against this man for harassment as he was so incredibly hostile and rude and told me I need to do something that is not in his jurisdiction to say. I have recorded everything at that point so I have all I need
