Front desk staff were delightful, personable, and I could tell they loved their jobs and coworkers. Loved seeing that when the USPS gets a lot of flack because it's a government institution usually known for less than stellar customer service. I received none of that today. I appreciate my local carriers, and thanks again for great service today!

I sent in a customer service request on the USPS website and the next day Scott from the Milford US Post Office location gave me a call and informed me he was monitoring the shipment and gave me an explanation of what must have happened (likely an incorrect ZIP code on the package). He kept me updated all the way through the package being delivered. Truly a great help and a very kind individual!
