The woman helping me was dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly unprofessional with a nasty condescending tone to her voice. I left feeling shocked by how poorly I was treated. Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I hope management addresses this promptly. Do NOT waste your time here go to other Milford location instead

The woman at the front was so nasty. She made the situation much worse, escalated the situation and was an overall terrible person.

REFUSE TO DELIVER MY MAIL FOR PROBABLY THE TENTH TIME IN MULTIPLE YEARS FOR HORRIBLE REASONING, THIS TIME BECAUSE OF LESS THEN AN INCH OF SNOW IN MY FRONT YARD!!! MY MAIL BOX IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD WHICH IS ALSO OUT OF MY CONTROL APPARENTLY BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO TURN AROUND AND DRIVE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE STREET EVEN THOUGH UP AND FED EX TRUCKS ARE 4 TIMES THE SIZE AND DO IT ALL DAY LONG. THEY EXPECT ME TO SHOVEL SNOW OUT OF MY YARD. WHAT AN ABSOULTE JOKE OF AN ORGINIZATION. THE CITY OF MILFORD SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO ALLOW SUCH AWFUL SERVICE IN TOWN.
