  This was my first time at this UPS store 0 and I stand firm on first impression is the best impression however whenever I drop a packet off at UPS they always tape it up and do whatever they got to do I just hand in the package and keep moving however this particular UPS charges you $2 to tape up your packet I would never come to this UPS ever again just behind that a little piece of tape you're charging me $2 for not good bad bad business as if UPS can't afford to give away free tape

  Horrible service – total negligence On December 20, I paid $75 for a 2-day shipping service so my package would arrive on December 23. It never arrived. When I went back to the store to file a complaint, the staff showed total indifference and avoidance, offering no explanation or solution. They simply told me to call for a refund, completely washing their hands of the issue. Today is December 28, the package is still missing, and I have not received any refund. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. This store should be shut down. They play with customers’ money and trust, especially during critical times like Christmas. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances.

  they steal packages don’t go here ! i brought my phone to ship it back to the carrier and they never shipped the phone out after i paid out of pocket $17 for shipping. they are fraud
