  I shipped an item to my customer and they tried to charge him a additional $5.00 "pickup fee". Putting the squeeze on consumers is not a good way to do business.

  This place makes Disney look cheap & honest. They charged me $4 for two strips of tape. If you have an overwhelming urge to speak to rude employees and be scammed by there prices look no further then the ups store on cherry st in Milford.

  Nasty perfume smell is so strong it sticks to clothes after your leave. Why would you do this to your customers? Are you trying to hide a corpse? Reasonable wait time, quick service

  If I had a choice, I would never set foot in the UPS Store in Milford again. Unfortunately, I had to use their “service” because the Amazon seller provided a UPS return label. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like they didn’t want me there. I left the box open so they could review the contents, and instead of helping, they immediately snapped: “Needs to be closed. You can buy tape at $4.49 + tax.” Seriously? A shipping store with no tape for customers unless you pay extra? That feels like a scam. Most places that handle returns have at least some level of customer service, but not here. Being forced to use this location showed me how little they care about people—just upselling basic supplies instead of providing a helpful experience. If you can avoid this store, do it.
