  Please teach your staff how to talk to people especially the lady at this location just cause your on the phone doesn’t mean you can talk to people any. Kinda way

  They are of absolutely zero help. Apparently I applied with them or whatever and I used to get emails which led to nothing at all. Imagine being on the verge of homelessness and you don't hear back from them for six months after applying. For the disadvantaged there is never any help.

  Genuinely the first bad review I’ve written in my life. It feels terrible to write all this especially since I received help in a time of need to a degree here. This organization is an absolute nightmare and all things considered— I’d strongly encourage investing your time elsewhere. Where do I start. 97% of job listings are not in Connecticut, and hours are few and far between. You can book a full work week for the company to deny you the hours over another employee. The standards of ethics vary, however upon my final job for the company; I experienced a full group all explaining how they’ve submitted multiple complaints to the company for their conduct. I Was reported for using the bathroom and targeted by a supervisor; and not given notice of my do not return (with no explanation) until 2am. Drove to site to learn that my direct on site supervisor dropped me from a ticket for using the bathroom— being told, “that I didn’t tell her” (with 20+ witnesses who saw first hand). Although the staff was helpful at times- there were moments that built into an unforgivable business experience. This office is better than most, however it didn’t salvage the experience by any means. No representation for employee needs.

  I had such a great experience. I talked to Bri and she was very helpful. I came in to apply and she was very helpful and informative about the whole aspects of what we will be asked of me. I also called a few times and again the service she provide was outstanding! When I came in or called I always seem to have her and will get such a great experience with her. She's friendly and I honestly hope I get her because I know she will always take care of me and answer any questions I have with extra information that I always appreciate.

  Very unprofessional. The staff is very unorganized, very rude, and not knowledgeable of its day-to-day operations. For a temp agency they aren't great at all. They will put you on jobs and the jobs that are worth it they will pull you from and give to other temp associates even though you accepted the job first. Many of the temporary positions are 40 miles away and they're paying minimum wage. If you're lucky to find something close, you better hope that it doesn't get cancelled or given to another associate. If you already have a job and are looking for a side job for some extra cash each week and are okay with this organization then peopleready is for you. If you don't mind feeling less than a human than peopleready is for you. However, if you expect to be treated with the same respect you provide and peopleready will not work for you at all.
