    I give this post office credit. I visit several times a week and notice only two are at the service counter. The same two. I asked if they ever get time off. No! They are short staffed. While I was waiting in line I noticed several very entitled customers complaining. And treated them with no respect. Society is so self-centered these days! One customer was complaining because they couldn’t help him with his passport. of course he didn’t make an appointment. Unbelievable.

    We had a passport appointment for our two boys. Took off work and pulled them from school. Turns out the clerk had an appointment so there was no one there. No notice at all. Got a confirmation email the day before.

    So now it is acceptable for a package to be stuck in transit for 3 weeks between mass and ct? Go to this office for help and they can't wait to get rid of you. " no we can't help" no there's no form to fill out" " call the 800 number people say that they can talk to a person " absolute trash. Thank god it's not an expensive item I'm waiting for. Waiting a month for something that should have been delivered by mid February. Great customer service!! Call the 800 number and talk to a machine.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Came in for a passport 1 minute late gave us a hard time did nothing to accommodate us we already have the photos and everything ready just absolutely horrible avoid this post office at all costs

    Compeletly unable to reach via phone. They clearly pick up the phone, then hang up right away. It will ring out, then turn to a 'busy signal' and random intervals, then hang up. At least try please.
