- MEMarian ErksonMar 28, 20265.0I give this post office credit. I visit several times a week and notice only two are at the service counter. The same two. I asked if they ever get time off. No! They are short staffed. While I was waiting in line I noticed several very entitled customers complaining. And treated them with no respect. Society is so self-centered these days! One customer was complaining because they couldn’t help him with his passport. of course he didn’t make an appointment. Unbelievable.

" no we can't help" no there's no form to fill out" " call the 800 number people say that they can talk to a person " absolute trash. Thank god it's not an expensive item I'm waiting for. Waiting a month for something that should have been delivered by mid February. Great customer service!! Call the 800 number and talk to a machine.
