They never answer the phone no matter what time you call and when I went into the office to talk to them I was given the run around and told someone would get back to me and no one has done so yet. they keep forwarding my mail to the WRONG address yet they don’t want to offer any help.

I was out front and he decided to be lazy and drive by, after waiving at me. Then I got a notification after that he wasn’t able to drop it off. 5 stars for my normal delivery man. 1 star for today’s delivery boy.

Not once has someone picked up the phone and I haven’t received any call backs or help management please fix this office. Even if it takes firing lazy workers this isn’t acceptable do a clean sweep on the staff.

It was coming from storrs and it takes 2 days to get here. I've already filed a complaint yesterday with the main post office.
