This was the 2nd time only had one guy on Amazon returns with a line to the front door so had to wait 30mins to return a package. And there was no to ring customers out at the front check out. A the manager was completely unbothered and the employees are clearly upset and stressed about being understaffed! They need to hire more employees especially with the holiday season coming up and knowing how much everyone uses Amazon.

Not only did he complete my request, it looks amazing and he was incredibly helpful in suggestions so it would look right. Shout out to him and their team!

The clerk was handling both the Amazon returns and regular purchases, which had about 5 customers waiting. I asked for help because it was obviously too much for one person, especially when there were associates walking around and three people behind customer service. The response I got was that she had just arrived, the other associate was still in training, and corporate insists on this setup. Then she just turned around and watched as the poor employee struggled to keep up, until he finally had to page for help since both lines kept growing. Really frustrating to see.
