The woman was insanely rude to the woman in front of me (elderly lady who asked for her tracking number and the woman literally threw her package at her and told her to write it down herself). And then was super rude to me. Zero customer service skills. The woman in front of me told me in the parking lot that the employee is always nasty, and the only thing good about this post office is the parking. I would agree.
