- FFFacts Over FeelingsDec 11, 20251.0Typical government-run organization: inefficiency and rude retail personnel as per usual. One would think that during be busiest time of year for parcels (the holiday season) that the USPS of Meriden, CT would assign more than 1 employee to man the retail window. A supervisor clearly sees the line stretching outside the front door, but instead of paging for backup, she flippantly rolls her eyes at the patrons as if they are a nuisance. I can't even be upset with the cashier either because she's simply working with what she has available to her. Management here on the hand? A failure.

Tried calling the next day - called 11 times - nobody ever answered. The kept delivering mail up until the last day when they decided at that point to hold the days mail. They screw up and unless you are there you cannot reach anyone to get help. They suck.
