The postmaster Paul at the Marion, CT. post office is not customer friendly. Very rude and very vindictive. If he doe not like you , you will be treated poorly and pay more for postage. The last postmaster Kevin was so great and helpful. Paul the postmaster now should be repirmanded and go to customer relations training.

10-20-25 The mail cashier told an elderly woman to “guess the weight” of her package. I don’t understand why he couldn’t just weigh it for her. When it was my turn, he refused to give me the priority mail tape, and I explained that I always use the priority mail tape and he told me that’s no longer the case - he can OK only give me a “little piece.” I’ve never had such terrible service at this post office under prior leadership. I will utilize a different post office in the future.

Very bad service hours, you can't access PO Boxes when they aren't open. So if you have a job you can only get mail from 7 to 12 on Saturday. The two staff are very sensitive about their tiny old Post office. Also they have lost mail and package several times and pretend that act clueless. Then again they are clueless, so they might really not know what is going on. This place should not exist, it belongs back in the 1800s where it originally came from.
