Even when they’re busy and/or approaching closing time, the staff members remain patient and professional. They are friendly and thoroughly helpful with each customer. Always a pleasant experience!
- KKKMar 20, 20261.0Amazing delivery drivers, they really know how to slap a pink label in my mailbox, in my apartment complex's (secure and recorded) mailroom. They don't bother bringing the packages out of the truck, they're that efficient performing their sole duty. Also the manager in the office, extremely easy to talk to from what I see every time I pick up my failed delivery packages. She's always ready to add in her advice to those that may or may not realize they never asked. Glad taxes aren't necessary to support this very successful operation. Cheers!
- AAAMar 6, 20261.0They fail to deliver so much mail and I know this because I get informed deliverys sent to my email of the scanned mail pieces. They didn't deliver a VERY important identification document. I put in a lost mail request a month ago regarding and its all automated so there is abosolutely no shot of me hearing back unless I press them. And their automated phone line is garbage. Or they did deliver it but someone stole it because they often leave peoples mailbox doors unlocked and wide open in my very busy apartment complex for hundreds of people to rummage through. (Exactly how one lady was stealing peoples checks out of their mailboxes) I get they are understaffed but I have not had the same problems in any other town i've lived in! Do better!
