Also has to be some new type of training because I literally saw a Male postal worker Watch a man put a laptop into a box. Proceeds to tell him that said box does not fit the laptop. The man then gets another box to put the laptop in and when it’s his turn in line, the postal worker takes the laptop out the box completely and gives the man a whole new packaging. We could’ve saved 15 to 20 minutes. Had he had told him just don’t use any of those packages. Not to mention the same Male postal worker saw me standing in line and I stepped to the side to fill out one thing on a piece of paper still next to the front desk and he takes the person behind me completely ignores me no apologies nothing.
