I enjoy the warmth of the people who work there And find it rare and valuable. I also get excellent service! I'm in at least once or twice a week because I have a PO Box.

If anyone anywhere else moved that slow and produced so little, they would be out of a job. Im on hold now for over 31 minutes...and the automated voice said my wait will be between 42 minutes and an hour.....just to ask them to redeliver a package!!! Really? There is no one to answer the call? So...I have to gauge which is more convenient...waiting on the phone for an hour or waiting in line at the location for an hour because we all know that it actually takes that long...even to just get a book of stamps. Horrible. 37 minutes and still counting...you just cant make this stuff up...
