- MLMichael LaHartJun 6, 20254.0I saw the bad reviews and wanted to give another perspective. The people who work at the counter are friendly and professional. I know there's been turnover for the manager and that's been spotty but the folks at the service counter make a big effort.
- GGGigiDec 19, 20221.0The male that is in charge is rude, condescending & quite frankly, a bully, nothing but. Paperwork was filled out by resident indicating that an individual, was allowed to p/u the mail as resident was in hospital. In front of other customers as well as employees, male in charge verbally assaulted the individual who was simply following residents request to p/u mail. In addition, when the large bundle of mail was finally delivered to the residency, it was crammed into mailbox with the yellow sticky prominently displayed.(yellow sticky note was post offices "permission slip" indicating an individual was given permission by the post office to p/u residents mail, talk about an fu) It was uncomfortable to watch this large male verbally assault a customer. I feel for those employees, if he has no problem verbally assaulting customers. One has to wonder, how does he treat the employees?

- TAT ANov 24, 20201.0The employees at this facility are rude. I called in for a question about my tracking number and the man who answered was very rude. As Im explaining the situation he begins to interrupt me and gives me an attitude. First time calling and most definitely the last. I hope nobody who calls in has to deal with such a rude person.
