  I went to this location this morning and arrived around 2:35/2:40. There was a long line but I wasn’t surprised or upset, I expected it because of the day and time. I was able to get in line and was waiting for my turn. What I wasn’t expecting was the employee at the post office to begin refusing customers in line before the closing time (3PM) and to physically lock the door, keeping new customers out and existing customers in until she unlocked the door to let us out. She repeatedly yelled at customers that they “better not touch her keys” and said “hell no”. She continued to work through the line of customers until her coworker came back from her lunch break at which point she said she was going to go on her lunch break instead of helping her coworker finish assisting the remaining customers in line. Her coworker was very kind but she was so incredibly rude and unprofessional not only to customers but to her coworker as well. I worked in retail and customer service for ten years and I cannot imagine acting that way ever but especially at work.

  Older Hispanic woman working the counter took my passport photo and I quote " you're suppose to look like an angry American not a terrorist". It was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. She also spoke negatively about her co workers loudly to customers and to her self , she was abrasive and uncomfortable to be around. Will not be going back to this location. Passport reservation times were not honored. It was 40 mins pass my scheduled time until i was thru with the bizarre experience

  Just went to ship some items there's a older lady with bad makeup, a bad wig and a bad attitude this is one of the many reasons I stopped working here! Everyone feels entitled like they're making six figures! Clearly management still sucks because their employees still lack customer service ethic!

  I went in last Thursday and this African American over the top RUDE individual wax one of the Ross triple I've ever met. I had the correct passport paperwork and he said without asking questions or barely looking at it said I had the wrong paperwork. Another woman was extremely kind and said she was there temporarily from the Bradley location and suggested I go there. Which I ended up doing. The Bradley location was super helpful and kind as well. But that JERK and that's about as respectful as I can be was obnoxiously awful. Not that it matters but clearly up never go back to Weston Street.
