I wanted to see if it would be less expensive to use a flat-rate envelope/box than the one I brought. While in line, a woman (I'm assuming a manager of sorts) addressed our questions and concerns while we waited. This was a HUGE help and took all possible stress out of the experience. She was kind and intelligent. She told me it would be less expensive to ship in the bubble-mailer I brought and that I could write the address right on the envelope. Fairly simple process. She helped other people in line with more complex issues after me. What an excellent system! I was in and out in 5 minutes.

I personally havent had any bad encounters, but Im writing this for the guy at the counter who is sending perfume to a family member in India. He was spoken to like he was an idiot. The woman was rude and i feel bad for the poor guy. Falls in line with some of the other reviews on here....
