Just had 3 packages delivered and they can’t find them even though Amazon and usps say they are there. Also every visit that should be 5 minutes is actually 45. They are the worst.

Every visit feels frustrating because she acts like she doesn’t want to do her job. The customer service here seriously needs improvement.
