Asked Bilal for a change of address permission form and he said "I don't know where they are" and expected me to let him move on to the next customer in what was now becoming an overwhelming # of customers for one employee. The calendar on the wall said November 2025.....when we are the end of Jan 2026. Bilal got frustrated when I said I I will wait so he snapped at me and suggested go to a other post office. It was cold n snowy.... In his defense, he was under pressure due to being understaffed. America, I thought we were going to be great again??
