  Craig and Anthony showed such kindness to my husband and I as I dealt with a computer issue for our nonprofit. When I share they went the extra mile that's an understatement as I struggled with the Tax id paperwork because of my spinal cord injury . But they were both committed in a way that made it a 20/10 customer service experience. They even showed care when my blood pressure went high to make me comfortable. Earlier in the day we went to another big box tech store and was unfortunately not treated with the same kindness I've been a staples customer for 24 years in Wallingford , but when I tell you Hamden ran a marathon to help keep our nonprofit going at Soul Friends - "healing the hearts of our clients one wagging tail at a time "

  I had a great experience at Staples (Hamden location) thanks to Amber. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. From the moment I approached her, she made sure I felt welcomed and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. Amber went above and beyond to help me make my process quick and stress-free. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service this good especially with low staff these days, and she truly made my visit enjoyable. If you’re shopping at Staples, I definitely recommend asking for Amber. She’s a great example of what excellent customer service should look like! 👏

  tienen un buen programa para realizar tarjetas de presentacion el unico problema es que no hay personal que hable espanol y nos den un servicio , el resto excelente
