I thought it would be a headache to send a package there since its overseas but they were all very nice & helped me through the process. 10/10 customer service, will be using this location more.

Just as stingy as asking customers to pay for a strip of packing tape Response to owner: Really? "high-quality materials"? It was a piece of paper. Market price .01‐.06 cents. I work on the field. I get calls randomly and sometimes a client needs things shipped asap so I dont have time to run home and print a label. So my client paid ups for a label. They already paid for it. And no i am not going to expense a fricken label cause i am not stingy. You decide cause someone doesnt have a label they already paid for to ship (in which all those services you spoke of are included in the payment already) but you decide to be stingy and charge more (1 dollar extra if not in cash) I dont care about the cost I care about the principal of service. I never have this issue at fedex. Its always ups that charges to print a label or charges to let me run a strip of tape down the box. it isnt corporate choice its YOURS as the owner. Keep my 3 bucks you apparently need it 🙂 I'll continue recommending fedex to my clients
